This policy explains what Ostrid collects when you use our website and our platform, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Account details you give us: name, work email and company. Usage data from the platform: run counts, timings and error rates. We do not read the content of your runs except to deliver them.
Why we collect it
To run the service, bill you correctly, and show you your own timelines. We do not sell personal data and we do not use run content to train models.
How long we keep it
Run data follows your plan’s replay window. Account data is deleted 30 days after you close your account.
